a) get you off your ass to start dancing around like an idiot playing with cutesy tigers to solidfy your singledom, and…

Zombies, Meteors, and Robots? who cares, I just made nachos in my Vivos APOCOLYPSE SHELTER. Is the world going to end in 2012? If it does I will owe you $100. Using Granny magic a twenty sided die and a shadow seeking groundhog, some scientists have interpreted the Mayan calender ending to signify the end of the world. The Mayans on the other hand believe the end of the “Long count” to be a time of celebration. The calender itself has ended multiple times before in fact. In any case, if you need a way to trick that girl of your dreams to give her last romp in the hay with your ugly self, convince her to enter THE VIVOS APOCOLYPSE SHELTER. Together you may re-emerge to spread your alarmist genetic seed across the planet. On the Vivos website is a ticker counting down to the end of the world as we know it and also the time you have left to prove your idiocy by buying one of these. Vivos also showcases all the potential disaster scenarios peppered with stock photos of loving families and sunrises. With around 20 shelters peppered across the states it will cost you a mere $50 000 to secure a spot with Vivos in their $10 million, 200 person shelter with enough supplies to last you one year. so far about 1000 applications have been submitted. Other than an awesome reality show with slutty girls and fist pumping idiots I can’t imagine a use for this. All the same, if the world really does end save me a spot…

When will the Robots stop! Tosy Topio the Ping Pong Playing Robot

Most of the time when there’s an article about a robot playing a sport such as TOSY TOPIO!!! it usually amazes and destroys its opponents with a cool calculated and heartless demeaner that we have come to expect of robots. TOSY TOPIO!! has managed to be both appear incredibly impressive and suck at the one thing it was designed for!

Tosy Topio was hear saying: "I should be building cars right now!!"

Tosy Robotics is a Vietnamese robot manufacturing company with the slogan “FUTURE ROBOT” all in caps by the way. The impressiveness soon fades when you see it attempt to hit a ball. I might as well be duck taping a ping pong paddle to a dogs tail and making the dog sit on the edge of a ping pong table while I show it pictures of cats covered in peanut butter.

ROPID, cute until he starts chasing you screaming

ROPID is another human looking robot developed by Tomotaka Takahashi. Robots always seem like a great idea until they start chasing you. We are FINALLY one step closer to allowing them to chase after you. next on the docket is getting them to scream while chasing you. Oh and did I mention it can jump?

Kyoto University’s robot venture, said CEO Tomotaka Takahashi of Robo Garage, Inc. is a small humanoid robot that can run or jump or “Lopid (ROPID)” announced that it has developed, and conducted a press conference. Realized in 2007 a patent was filed based on technology through the years, Kyoto University. (source: translated from japanese)
