<p>Researcher currently does not suggest a link between sleep and alzzheimer&#8217;s. However David Holtzman recommends getting adequate sleep midlife will both decrease your sex life and prevent the blood thirsty alzzheimers from taking away all those precious 4 hour grocery store stories that are waiting to be told.</p>
